Our Finance Graduate Management Development Programme (FGMDP) provides an opportunity for Finance graduates to develop their skills and gain experience both in and out of the classroom. We want talented individuals who have a passion to grow their career in the field of Finance. Interested parties need to ensure they meet the following criteria:
- Indonesian citizen;
- A Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance/Economic/Accounting (minimum GPA 3.00 out 4);
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (minimum TOEFL IBT score 90/PBT score 500, or IELTS score 6.0, or TOEIC score 600);
- Fresh graduates or candidates with maximum 2 years work experience;
- Maximum age is 26 years at the start of the program.
